Pioneers of Faith

Acts Through the Eyes of the Frontier

About

Pioneers of Faith

The American frontier was carved by pioneers willing to leave the familiar behind and venture into an uncertain future. Long before wagon trains crossed the plains, another group of pioneers stepped into unknown territory carrying something more powerful than supplies—the Gospel.

Pioneers of Faith journeys through the Book of Acts with the spirit of the Old West, connecting the courage of the early church with the determination of those who pushed beyond the frontier. Peter, Paul, Barnabas, Silas, and others faced hostile crowds, dangerous journeys, imprisonment, rejection, and uncertainty. Yet they kept moving forward because they believed the message of Jesus Christ was worth the risk.

Through historical parallels, biblical truth, and practical application, these devotionals challenge believers to rediscover that same pioneering faith. The frontier has changed, but the mission has not. We still live among people who need hope. We still encounter obstacles that test our courage. And we still serve the same Christ who told His followers to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

You may never cross a prairie in a covered wagon or preach in a frontier settlement, but God still calls you beyond the comfortable and familiar.

The trails are different. The challenges are different. But the same Christ still calls pioneers of faith to move forward.
